Bibby Line Group has launched a refreshed set of Group-wide Values designed to strengthen how the organisation works, leads and partners across its businesses.
The updated Values have been shaped through extensive input from colleagues across all subsidiaries over the past 12 months, including surveys, focus groups and ongoing engagement. They reflect what already works well across the Group, while providing a clearer and more aligned foundation for how Bibby operates as it continues to evolve.
The refresh forms part of Bibby’s ongoing commitment to building a more aligned, agile and future-focused organisation – one that is better placed to respond to a rapidly changing external environment and continue delivering for customers, partners and stakeholders.

The updated Values set shard standards for how colleagues work together, make decisions and deliver outcomes across the Group. They are designed to support stronger alignment across businesses, improve clarity of decision-making, and reinforce a focus on long-term performance and partnership.
